Melatonin is a substance the body produces naturally in response to darkness. This product contains three ingredients in total: melatonin, microcrystalline cellulose and the plant-based capsule shell. No binders, colourings or sweeteners.

Melatonin contributes to the reduction of time taken to fall asleep. The beneficial effect is obtained by consuming 1 mg of melatonin shortly before bedtime. Check the label for the amount per capsule.
