Preamble
These Terms of Sale govern all purchases made on getformulabs.com.
By placing an order on our website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms of Sale in their entirety.

1. Products
FormuLabs offers dietary supplements for sale on getformulabs.com. All products are EU-manufactured and comply with applicable European and French regulations governing food supplements (Directive 2002/46/EC and French Decree No. 2006-352).
Our products are intended for adults in good health. They are not medicines and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or under medical supervision, consult a healthcare professional before use.
Product descriptions, compositions, and images are provided for informational purposes and are as accurate as possible. Minor variations in packaging may occur without prior notice.
2. Pricing
All prices are displayed in Euros (€) inclusive of applicable VAT.
FormuLabs reserves the right to modify prices at any time. Orders are invoiced at the price displayed at the time of order confirmation. Promotional prices are valid only for the duration of the promotion.
3. Ordering
To place an order, you must:
- Provide accurate and complete billing and delivery information
- Complete payment at checkout
An order confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided upon successful payment. This email constitutes acceptance of your order by FormuLabs.
FormuLabs reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order in cases of suspected fraud, payment failure, or abnormal order quantities.
4. Payment
Payments are processed securely via Shopify Payments. Accepted payment methods include major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and any additional methods displayed at checkout.
Payment is collected in full at the time of order placement. Your payment information is encrypted and processed in accordance with PCI-DSS standards. FormuLabs does not store card details.
5. Delivery
Delivery zones: We currently deliver within the EU.
Delivery times: Orders are typically processed within 1 business day and delivered within 2–5 business days thereafter. These are estimates and may vary during peak periods or due to carrier delays.
Free shipping: Free standard delivery is offered on all orders of €50 or more. Orders below €50 incur a delivery charge of €4.99.
Tracking: A tracking number will be provided by email once your order has been dispatched.
FormuLabs cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the carrier, customs, or circumstances beyond our control.
6. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing any reason.
Exceptions: The right of withdrawal does not apply to opened or used products where return is not possible for hygiene reasons, in accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, notify us within 14 days of receipt by email at hello@getformulabs.com with your order number. You must then return the product(s) in their original, unopened condition within 14 days of notifying us.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, using the same payment method as the original transaction.
7. Defective or Incorrect Products
If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or different from what you ordered, contact us immediately at hello@getformulabs.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
8. Legal Warranties
In accordance with French law, all products sold by FormuLabs are subject to:
- The legal guarantee of conformity (Articles L217-4 to L217-14 of the Consumer Code)
- The legal guarantee against hidden defects (Articles 1641 to 1648 of the Civil Code)
9. Liability
FormuLabs cannot be held liable for improper use of products, failure to follow usage instructions, or interactions with medication. Customers are responsible for ensuring products are appropriate for their individual health situation.
10. Applicable Law and Disputes
These Terms of Sale are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable resolution will be sought first. If no resolution is reached, you may refer the matter to a certified mediator. As a consumer, you also have the right to use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
11. Updates
FormuLabs reserves the right to update these Terms of Sale at any time. The version applicable to your order is the one in force at the time of order placement.
