Refund policy

This policy covers two separate things: your statutory right of withdrawal under EU consumer law, and the 30-day commercial guarantee FormuLabs offers on top of it. The commercial guarantee is offered in addition to your legal rights and does not replace or limit them.

Your statutory right of withdrawal (14 days)

If you are buying as a consumer in the European Union, you have 14 days from the day you receive your order to cancel it, for any reason and without giving a justification.

To exercise this right, email us at hello@getformulabs.com before those 14 days are up. Once you have told us, you have a further 14 days to send the goods back.

Important exception for sealed goods. Food supplements are sealed for the protection of health and hygiene. If a product is unsealed after delivery, the right of withdrawal no longer applies to that item, in line with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code. Unopened, sealed products are unaffected.

Return shipping is at your expense, unless the item arrived damaged or defective, or was not what you ordered.

The FormuLabs 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

On top of your statutory rights, we give you 30 days from delivery to return an unopened product for a full refund. We stand behind every formula we make, and if you decide it is not for you, you should not be stuck with it.

What qualifies

  • The item is new and unopened, with its original factory seal and packaging intact.
  • You request the return within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • The product reaches us in its original packaging, undamaged.

What does not qualify

  • Any product that has been opened, used, or had its seal removed. An opened supplement cannot be resold, so it cannot be refunded.
  • Any product returned without prior authorisation, or that reaches us damaged, incomplete or altered. In that case the item is shipped back to you and no refund is issued.
  • Gift cards.

Fair use. One refund per customer under this commercial guarantee.

How to request a return

  1. Email hello@getformulabs.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We reply within 24 hours.
  2. We confirm your eligibility and send you the return address. Please do not ship anything before you receive that confirmation, as unauthorised returns cannot be accepted.
  3. Send the product back to 85 Boulevard Pasteur, Paris, France. Return shipping is at your expense unless the item was defective or sent in error.
  4. Once we receive and inspect the item, we issue your refund to your original payment method within 14 days.

Please allow a few extra days for your bank or card issuer to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and nothing has arrived, contact us.

Damaged, defective or wrong items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If anything is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, contact us straight away. We will replace it or refund it in full, including all shipping costs, and we cover the return postage.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the product you actually want is to return the one you have and place a new order once the return is accepted.
