Collagen that has been broken down into shorter peptide chains through hydrolysis, which is what allows it to dissolve rather than gel. This is a single-ingredient, unflavoured powder with no additives.

It dissolves in both hot and cold liquids without clumping, so it works in coffee, tea, water or a smoothie. Stir it in as you would sugar.

The powder lets you set your own serving size and generally costs less per gram. Capsules are easier to travel with and need no measuring. The collagen is the same in both.
