A tutti frutti pre-workout drink powder built on beta-alanine, creatine, caffeine, L-arginine HCl and L-tyrosine, with vitamins C, B3, B6, B9 and B12. 6.5 g per serving, roughly 80 servings per 520 g tub. Vitamin C, niacin, vitamin B6, folate and vitamin B12 each contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
